OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered solely by Polished Past (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

2. Giveaway Period

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. All times are in Eastern Time.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, or individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway may not participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. No purchase or paid subscription is required to enter or win.

Subscriber Entry Method

Current Polished Past Facebook subscribers may enter through the designated subscriber-only Giveaway post by following the entry instructions provided in that post.

Unless otherwise stated, each eligible subscriber may receive one entry during the Giveaway Period.

The monthly Facebook subscription fee is for access to Polished Past subscriber benefits and content and is not payment for an entry into this Giveaway.

Free Alternate Method of Entry

Individuals who are not paid subscribers may receive the same number of entries without making a purchase by emailing polishedpastvintage@gmail.com during the Giveaway Period.

The email must include:

• Subject line: Polished Past Giveaway Entry
• Entrant's first and last name
• State of residence
• A statement confirming that the entrant is at least 18 years old
• The name of the Giveaway, if multiple promotions are running

Only one free alternate entry per eligible person will be accepted unless the Giveaway announcement expressly states otherwise.

Paid and free entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. No Engagement Requirement

Unless specifically permitted by applicable platform rules and stated in the Giveaway announcement, entrants are not required to share a post, tag friends, follow an account, purchase merchandise, leave a review, or otherwise engage with Polished Past on social media as a condition of entry.

Likes, shares, follows, purchases, referrals, reviews, or additional payments will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.

6. Prize

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless Polished Past expressly agrees otherwise.

Polished Past reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control.

7. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway Period ends, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through both entry methods.

The drawing will take place approximately 24 hours after the close of submissions.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by Polished Past through [Facebook Messenger/email/etc.].

The potential winner must respond within [24/48] hours of notification.

If the potential winner:

• Does not respond within the required time;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Is determined to be ineligible; or
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Polished Past may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Protect Yourself From Scams

Polished Past will never require a winner to pay a fee, provide a credit card number, send money, purchase a gift card, or provide online banking information in order to receive a prize.

Official winner communication will come only from [OFFICIAL POLISHED PAST FACEBOOK PAGE / OFFICIAL EMAIL ADDRESS].

Entrants should be cautious of impersonator or scam accounts claiming to represent Polished Past.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, reasonable standard shipping costs for the prize within the eligible United States will be paid by Polished Past.

Polished Past is not responsible for incorrect mailing information supplied by the winner or for delivery delays, loss, or damage occurring after the prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

11. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.

Polished Past reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated beyond the permitted entry limit, submitted using false information, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Polished Past may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, platform interruptions, events outside its reasonable control, or other circumstances materially affect the fairness or proper administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

12. Release of Facebook and Meta

By entering, participants acknowledge that this Giveaway is administered solely by Polished Past.

Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway and are not responsible for its administration, selection of the winner, fulfillment of the prize, or claims arising from participation in the Giveaway.

Participants release Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from claims arising from or related to participation in this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Information submitted for the purpose of entering the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.

Entry into the Giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in marketing emails or text messages.

14. Winner Announcement

After eligibility has been confirmed, Polished Past may publicly announce the winner's first name and last initial and/or Facebook display name, unless prohibited by applicable law.
