Due to the vintage, antique, pre-owned, and/or one-of-a-kind nature of many of our items, Polished Past does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds.

Please carefully review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details before purchasing. Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of age, wear, discoloration, imperfections, or other characteristics consistent with their age and previous use. These characteristics are not considered defects unless otherwise stated.

If you have questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information or photos when available.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days after delivery and include photos and videos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the situation.

By completing a purchase from Polished Past, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
